Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact fu77 support immediately. fu77 will not be liable for losses arising from failure to keep credentials secure.

fu77 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or when required by internal compliance procedures. This may include providing a copy of a government-issued identification document, proof of address, or proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC may result in withdrawal delays or, in cases where fraudulent documents are submitted, account closure.

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no deposit fee charged by fu77, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.
• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may be reversed.

• Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. fu77 may hold a withdrawal pending verification without liability to the player.
• If there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, fu77 may freeze the account and delay or refuse withdrawals until a full investigation is completed.
• Winnings originating from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirement specified in the applicable promotion's terms before they may be withdrawn.

• Bonuses are available to eligible players who have completed account registration and made a qualifying deposit. Welcome bonuses are available to new accounts only.
